Guest guest
I am planing to eat an apple and 1/2 a banana for breakfast and cherry gelatine as a later snack. The rest of the day I am just going to eat meat/vegetable/almond butter. I'll be drinking water no fruit juices. Is that too many fruits if I am dealing with thrush and a vaginal yeast infection? How many fruits do you eat and still beat Candida?
