Guest guest
I'm really happy that there is a forum like this. I have already been through surgery and am looking for information on how people have done after the same operation. Here is my history: I had gallstone pancreatitis. There was a cyst and an infection along with it. The infection destroyed the duct where the pancreatic juices exit the pancreas. The first operation removed my gallbladder. The second operation drained the cyst and my pancreas was attached to my stomach and my pancreas was ducted directly into my stomach (I don't have the name of the operation). I am out of the hospital and I am close to eating solid foods. I would like information about life after this operation. Thank You.
Guest guest
Hi welcome to the group. this is a great group of people, very knowedgable and understanding. I feel as though I have made lifetime friends here. I wish you knew the name of the procedure you had. It would make it easier to comment. I have never had a psuedocyst but certainly had enough other stuff. Hope you feel better soon and take the food transition slowly. Clears to full liquids, to soft to regular; it will be alot easier on you that way. Keep in touch, (SC)
