Guest guest
If I cook some strawberries and took the juice out for strawberry lemonade, is this the same as introducing strawberries? I just need to be sure. Teena
Guest guest
Teena, I'll be interested in seeing what the moderators' answer is on this, but in my opinion, it's close, but not the same. I think the fiber in the cooked strawberries could make a difference to some people. , mom To > > If I cook some strawberries and took the juice out for strawberry > lemonade, is this the same as introducing strawberries? Guest guest
Hi Teena, <<If I cook some strawberries and took the juice out for strawberry > lemonade, is this the same as introducing strawberries? I just need > to be sure.>> I am not quite sure what you mean, but no, the juice from cooked strawberries (with the cooked pulp removed) is not the same as a raw strawberry. If you are asking about what is easier to tolerate , some people would be able toltolerate the juice of cooked strawberries before being able to tolerate a raw strawberry. I am not sure if that answers your question - let me know if it didn't. Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 23yrs mom of Em and Dan
