If I cook some strawberries and took the juice out for strawberry

lemonade, is this the same as introducing strawberries? I just need

to be sure.

Teena,

I'll be interested in seeing what the moderators' answer is on this,

but in my opinion, it's close, but not the same. I think the fiber in

the cooked strawberries could make a difference to some people.

Hi Teena,

I am not quite sure what you mean, but no, the juice from cooked

strawberries (with the cooked pulp removed) is not the same as a raw

strawberry.

If you are asking about what is easier to tolerate , some people would

be able toltolerate the juice of cooked strawberries before being able

to tolerate a raw strawberry.

I am not sure if that answers your question - let me know if it didn't.
