Hi Karyn, Wow, pulling the meds out of the toilet. I now understand

better why the Dr always gives me problems. I guess I will try what

you said. The thought isn't pleasant, to put it mildly. I have been

convinced by all the great responses to my query about the patch. I

have an appt next Thursday and will try out the patch. I hope I didn't

make it sound like my GP isn't understanding because he truly has been

a saviour throughout my ordeal. He really cares about my quality of

life and is always looking for new ways to try and help me out. If

everyone had a GP as good as mine, I think you all would be much

better for it. My only concern now would be what to use for

breakthrough pain. I would be hardpressed to give up the Oxycodone,

20mg with each meal really helps me out. Thanx for explaining the dr's

point of view. I hope we are all pain free---Jim
