Guest guest
Hi everyone, Firstly thanks to everyone who gave me suggestions about eating in Florida. But I have another question. What has your experience been of the disabled passes that you get in the parks? I was told that you cannot use them to get priority on rides. What are they for then? Guest guest
Hello, If you get a diability/handicap pass you do not have to wait in the regular lines for rides and you also can ride the ride twice without getting off. ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com. Guest guest
You might want to check out the disboards (I think it is just www.disboards). There is a section there on disabilities. They have a ton of info about being a guest with a disability, info about the Guest Assistance Card (which is what you're wanting), and can answer really any question you have. They also have alot of info about dealing with dietary restrictions. I've posted there several times, in prep for a trip next summer, and they've been very helpful. ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____You snooze, you lose. Guest guest
You can absolutely get priority on rides with it. I have a neighbor whose family went to Disney a year or two ago. They got the special pass, and got to be at the front of every line. Meleah Disney florida Hi everyone, Firstly thanks to everyone who gave me suggestions about eating in Florida. Guest guest
You get a note from your doctor stating your child's dx and that he has lots of sensory issues and cannot tolerate lines. You present it to guest services. They give you a pass that gets up to six people in your child's party on all the rides. You either get to go through the fast pass lines or you go through the handicapped gate. At Small World, just walk in where everyone is walking out and there is the handicapped gate at the bottom and you just walk right on. My son especially likes that one. Just flash the card, and you get through. In other lines, just show it to the attendant or the person taking up the fast passes. It is great and you make great time! Guest guest
What rides were you able to ride twice? All of them? Did you ask before you got on or did you ask at the end? We are about to go. Guest guest
our experience was that most rides would ask at the end of the ride if you wanted to ride again. you could just tell them if they don't ask you. good luck ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
