Guest guest
I just make the nut yogurt for the first time (with almonds), and it did not turn out well at all. It looks like it separated with some liquid on the bottom and some more yogurt looking substance on the top. I have it in the fridge cooling now and will drip it later, but I don't have much hope for it. I'm pretty sure I followed the directions carefully, and I've made both goat yogurt and regular yogurt with this yogurt maker. They turned out great. Has anyone else had trouble with the nut yogurt? Any tips? Thanks, Becky
Guest guest
Once you drip it, it will be lots thicker, but there won't be a whole lot of it. Such is life when making nut yogurt. :-( I feel your pain though, because I can't tolerate the goat or cow yogurt....so I have to stick with the cashew yogurt.
