Guest guest
In response to several different posts that I noticed: I am still rather new to all of this, so I defer to those of you who have been part of the " battle " for ages longer but this is just a suggestion. I also have many meds to keep track of (though not as many as some). Because sometimes it is hard to remember when I took what when I am in pain and also to justify to docs I have a small notebook that I note down the approx time when I take a med. I have a page dedicated per day. It also allows me to look back over the past days and weeks and notice patterns of how often I take prn meds and such. Also, and I give credit to Kimber, I have all my meds written down. What I take, how much, how often along with basic medical info (allergies and such). I carry a copy with me. This has been soooo helpful. Thank you Kimber!! Kara
Guest guest
Kara, you are welcome. I'm just glad that the medical packet has been helpful. I started mine because I felt sorry for the nurses who had to write down all my medications every time I visited the doctors office and I sometimes had trouble remembering them all. I like your idea of writing down all your pain meds that you take. I need to start doing that too. Kimber -- Kimber Vallejo, CA hominid2@...
