Guest guest
What would the drawbacks to taking Diflucan be? My son's OAT came back last month with no yeast issues at all, but big time C. Diff. We have been doing S. Boullardi for the C. Diff. This past few days he has started zoning out and laughing for no reason, etc. DAN thinks it is likely that yeast has taken over where the C. Diff has died out. We have been SCD for 4 months and he has had coconut oil every day. Are there reasons that I would want to try and avoid the Diflucan or should we just go ahead and try it? Thank you so much!!!
Guest guest
what area on your OATS test tells you that your son has clostridia? I just got my son's OATS test back and would like to look for such an indicator. Thanks Becky mamanme2 wrote: What would the drawbacks to taking Diflucan be? Are you taking any probiotics or yogurt? S. boulardii helps the yogurt bacteria and this will help with the yeast. Some find diflucan helps, but others go with natural antifungals instead. http://pecanbread.com/new/yeast.html Sheila SCD Feb. 2001, UC 23 yrs mom of and
