I have a starter: Continental Natural Acidophilus Culture, it has Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus causcaicus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus grown in cultured skim milk whey. Commercial nut milk has illegals (usually gums and other illegal stabilizers). http://www.pecanbread.com/new/recipes/almondyogurt.html http://www.pecanbread.com/new/recipes/nutmilk.html (the recipe is good except the residue should be thrown out after extracting the nut milk. It is too high in cellulose) The yogurt starter you have is not SCD legal. It has the wrong cultures.
