Oops--I thought I read several times apple cider vinegar was legal--No? Too

much information again maybe. Also, for those of us who cannot handle even ripe

bannas yet, would pears be a good substitute? Other fruits? I need some

carbs--but so far apples and bananas have not been so swell. What has worked

for some of you. i will try applesauce instead of apples. I studied the food

introduction chart, and I am hoping to add green beans. For some reason I can

tolerate mushrooms, grilled. All advice appreciated.

Thanks,

Rhonda
