Guest guest
Hello everyone! I submitted my online patient info a little bit ago and now have an e-mail from Dr R telling me that he received my patient info and that they are not sending the insurance letter until he has completed review of my application packet. Then a few minutes later I got an e-mail from him with what I believe is my ins letter. What's up with that? I am sure it is my insurance letter. Isn't my application packet the 12 step deal that I have to send in to him? I am almost completed with it, but have not sent it yet. Gee, wouldn't it be nice if I didn't have to complete the packet?!! Just a bit confused!! in Bay City, MI
