Is anyone happy or know about using an ice cream maker to make frozen

yogurt? I am looking to buy one. Any advice? Which one do you have?

I have a Cuisineart, and I love it. I bought it last summer at the end of the

season. We use it to make regular ice cream for the nonSCDers in the family,

frozen yogurt for the SCDers, and sorbets with honey rather than sugar for

everyone to have. Our family loves it.

Is that the one that makes soft frozen yogurt? Do you ever make hard

ice cream?

Well, I don't know which model it is. It is not called a frozen yogurt maker

specificly. The ice cream that I make in it is regular ice cream like from the

grocery store. When it is done churning, the ice cream, frozen yogurt, or

sorbet is soft. You're supposed to stick it in the freezer if you like a firmer

one.
