SCD Juice Option with Least Adverse Reactions

I purchased the Dole pineapple and Tropicana OJ.

I wasn't certain about the Welch's grape juice - it stated 100% juice but listed

added

ingredients - is this definitely SCD legal?

Anyhow, of the 3 options, can anyone reccomend one with that would have the

least adverse

reactions?

There is a list of legal juices on this site, under " legal foods " when

you get to the " home " section.

My daughter least tolerated pineapple at the beginning of the diet. If

you are certain they are SCD legal, try small amounts and see if there

is a reaction. Increase slowly. Try one juice at a time.

The Welch's grape juices from concentrate that are pure Red grape,

purple grape or white grape are legal. I think the white has

potassium metabisulfite. If other ingredienst are listed remind me

what they are and I'll tell you if you have the correct one. have

Welch's Juice blends or juices with added calcium, juices with added

fibre(?) are not legal.

It depends on your symptoms and possible sensitivities which juice

will be tolerated best. Do you have any particular issues:

diarrhea, salicylates, yeast etc...
