Guest guest
Would anyone know the estimated weight watchers point value for a cup of homemade goat yogurt? I was thinking it was the same as a cup of milk, but it seems that the nutritional values change when it is made into yogurt. Thanks Terri
Guest guest
According to the booklet that came with my Yogourmet yogurt maker, the nutrition info for yogurt made from regular milk is about 5 calories more than the a cup of milk, as follows: Protein Fat Carbohydrates Calories Whole Milk 8.9g 8.8g 12.0g 159 2% Milk 8.9g 4.5g 12.5g 124 Skim Milk 8.9g 0.2g 13g 89 Instant Milk Powder 11.5g 0.5g 16.5g 114 I would assume, then that it is the same for yogurt made from goat milk; just add 5 calories. > > Would anyone know the estimated weight watchers point value for a cup of homemade goat yogurt?
