Guest guest
I am still looking into getting some multivitamins and cannot decide whether to go with the Freeda protocol (Ultra Freeda Iron Free and Quin B strong) or with the Kirkman's Every Day Vitamin. Do I need get some extra fish oil for any of them? Can anyone comment on it? My daughter and I are in stage 2. With Freeda how much does a Child take compared to an adult? I believe with Kirkman it is 2 a day for adults and kids.

Guest guest
Hi foodchallenged, <<Do I need get > some extra fish oil for any of them?>> Elaines' recommendations for fish oil are in BTVC chapter 9 (p65-67 in the 10th edition). <<My daughter and I are in stage 2. With Freeda how much does a Child > take compared to an adult?>> It depends on the age of the child. see http://www.lucyskitchenshop.com/freeda_b_content.html Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 23 yrs mom of Em & Dan
