Miralax is an osmotic laxative that has no taste. It's orderless and

in a powder form that can be mixed into tea, coffee, a soft drink,

water, lemonade, juice......whatever you prefer, without changing the

taste of the beverage that you mix it in to.

The ostomic action of the product targets only the stool, not the

colon, thereby making it less harmful to your system as some other

products. It isn't habit forming and has no taste on it's own. It

can be taken every day, although for many people, daily usage isn't

necessary. I'm on narcotics 24/7, but only need to use Miralax every

3 or 4 days. The average dosage is one heaping tablespoon mixed into

8 ounces of beverage. You can use it to treat diarrhea or

constipation, and it will produce results for each within 2-3 days

after the first application.
