concerned me some since I have been on a plateau for the last 3 weeks and

nothing had changed weight wise.......So I was resigned to the fact that I

will be a slow loser!

Weighed at work this morning and I had lost 10 lbs. since last week! Wow, I

ate more than I have since surgery and I lost weight! Is this weird or what!

So here are my new stats:

Sept. 1 - 387

Sept.22 - 352

Oct. 25 - 335

Nov. 29 - 325

For those of you who are slow losers like I am....Hang in there, it will

happen! Now I am a beliver!

Hi Glo,

You're doing really good!!

Sometimes, our body looses when we eat, it just depends on what we are eating..

maybe the plateau was telling you to eat something..

Loved hearing from you, please stay in touch often!

Hi Glo!

Just wanted to say Congratulations and you are doing

great!

I have found that the more I eat, the more I lose.

Weird but true.
