This concerned me some since I have been on a plateau for the last 3 weeks and nothing had changed weight wise.......So I was resigned to the fact that I will be a slow loser! Weighed at work this morning and I had lost 10 lbs. since last week! Wow, I ate more than I have since surgery and I lost weight! Is this weird or what!
