My opinion is that nothing you could buy in the store to save yourself time would be healthy. Check out the book Nourishing Traditions. It thoroughly discusses healthy (non SCD) foods. I believe all the bread recipes in it are made with sprouted grain. Sounds like as much work (but maybe not quite as much expense) as doing SCD.
