Guest guest
Heidi I know I am suppose to quit. I have only fudged a couple of times since I came home from the hospital. I have friends and ppl online around me to help me through. And also the pain that i have been having is another deterrance. I have tried not to take too many pain pills as they block me up very much. So for the most part, I have been doing ok. Thanks for writing and giving me support. This is what I need and am greatful for this group Heidi wrote: wrote: Also I am supposed to lay off the beer. That is the main culprit in my case.
