Radishes-Legal or illegal?

Hi,

My husband is interested in doing the SCD diet. He really loves

radishes and does not want to give them up. We looked on

<www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info> but they were not listed at all.

Does anyone know if radishes are legal or illegal?

Hi Rose,

Radishes are legal but they are fibrous so are hard to digest for

those with symptoms/especially if eaten raw.
