scd legal vegetable washes

hi are there any scd legal vegetable washes, the one i use has

sorbitol listed as an ingredient, so i'm guessing its not legal. what

do you do to cean your fruits and vegetables? thanks so much!!

I don't know if there are any legal veggie washes.

I use water and/or scrub & peel my veggies & fruits.

Soaking the vegetables and fruits in water containing sodium bicarbonate

(baking soda)

after washing well with plenty of water is recomended by microbiologists>Roughly

I use 1

table spoon of sodium bicarbonate in 5 liters of water for as many hours as

possible (2-4)

and then I rinse them before eating or cooking
