Guest guest
Hi, I've just started the SCD introduction stage last night. I read Elaine's book about a week ago and then started reading Pecanbread website. I am just wondering if it is okay to boil the chicken and veges for 2 hours only and I didn't use food processor to chop the carrot, instead I just used the fork to mash it but still has a little bit of lumps here and there (I ran out of time as my daughter was crying for food). I thought it was okay for my daughter since her stool is always solid but still showing clearly all the veges she ate. i.e carrot & spinach , they usually come out the same as when she eats them (I supposed this is called maldigestion which is causing malabsorption?). Do I need to restart the intro again with boiling the chicken and veges for 4 hours? From yesterday, she hasn't had any bowel movement so I can't really tell and she seems fine last night and today just feel a bit sleepy. Hope someone can help me. Many thanks.
