Surgery date - Anybody ever been to that hospital?

Yes, finally, it's going to happen on June 7th at Memorial

Hospital in Miami. I know I should be happy that it's going to be over

it, but I'm really scared. The first time it happened I was under

shock from the car accident, so I don't remember anything, they had

drugged me up so much. But now, I am aware of everything and it's

really scary.

But anyway, I dont want to bore you guys. If anybody has ever had

surgery performed there I really would appreciate any comments

especially if you have had the puestow procedure.

I just wanted to wish you good luck. I am going for the same surgery as you

on the same day, but at a different hospital. I am going to Brigham and

Womens's hospital in Boston,

Please be sure to give us the address and phone number along with your

last name so that we can give you a call after your surgery. You did

say you were having a Puestow right? Did they tell you how long you

might be in the hospital? I know you must be nervous, to say the

least. Just focus on how much better lifewill be with all this behind

you. Also, you will more then likely be discharged by the weekend and

your boyfirend will be available to help you out the first few days you

are home. You will need an extra set of hands for sure.

I really enjoyed talking with you on the phone, we do seem to have a

lot in common and I look forward to talking with you again. June 7th

is a good day. Its my son's 15th birthday (well thats a bdoubled edged

sword itsn't it...LOL)
