Vent as much as you need to because some things make you go hmmmmm. How can

they tell you that its covered then its not covered and now its covered.

As a former employee of BCBSNC, I hope you got the names of the persons you

talked to. Just in case you need to c.y.a.

I am pre-op, very pre-op and I will tell you from my past experience ( in

other areas) getting their approval in writing by fax or any other way

you can when they tell you something is one way to try to keep them on

track. Make em write it done and sign it!! That will show them you mean

business!!!

I am not looking forward to putting on the boxing gloves and getting my

Alabama BC/BS.

You hang in there, it is the darkest just before the light. It has been

so dark here that I been stubbing my toes, so the light must be reallll

close!!!

You must really want to lash out...this is not what you needed especially

today the day before surgery. I hope you got them to fax you a letter of

authorization. You poor thing.

I would love to meet you...we will be at the La Quinta in Durham. I do love

cats....mine is Willy(black and white like the whale).
