Guest guest
Hello, My son is ASD and has been non dairy SCD for over 2 years now. I just started allowing him some legal cheddar cheese. He is soooooo excited about this and absolutely loves the cheese. How do I tell if it is not agreeing with him? His behavior is the same, he actually seems more compliant and happier, but I don't think it is related to the cheese, just a coincidence. I have noticed some grayish light colored stools occasionally if he eats more than a piece or two in a day. But other than that they look really good. This morning I noticed he had some dark circles under his eyes. Could this be my sign that it's not agreeing with him? He loves it so much I think he would eat whole pound of it if I let him. I am wondering if it could be also causing an opiate like effect on him and if that is partly why he likes it so much. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing? Thanks, Mom to Noah 3 1/2 yrs old ASD SCD 2 1/2 yrs
