How has your weight loss been? Your post sounds like me, so I'm intersted

in how it's going for you.

Thanks,

Sperb

Hi Sperb. Nice to chat with you. My weight loss has not been great but not

bad. I am 2 months out and I have lost 37 Lbs. That is the low end of the

predictor scale on Dr Rs site. I started at 280 and I weigh 243 now.On the

site it says the average weight loss for someone at my starting weight

should be between 35 and 55 lbs at 2 months. But I see a lot of girls who

had the same or close to the same date have lost so much more than me.It

seems like most of them have lost at least 50 lbs. And when I said I could

hold a lot I didn't mean that I went ahead and ate that much every time, but

I could have. I just noticed quite a few times I would start eating and

absent mindedly eat the whole thing ( such as a bowl of soup or an 8 oz

yogurt etc) and then realize it. I have never went over 800 calories a day.I

track all my calories etc on DietWatch.com every day. That is why I am kind

of surprised I haven't lost more. And I exercise every other day. But I'm

still not going to complain. That s 17.5 lbs a month. Better than any diet

I have been on. And I haven't felt this good in a long time. Diabetes

is gone so far. No Meds since surgery. I feel like I have finally broke my

addiction to food. Well I have went on long enough.I don't think I was much

help to you.
