Gwen: www.vitalady.com sells samples ($1.50 each) of all the major brands &

flavors of protein--that's how I found my favorite. Still doesn't taste like a

milkshake used to, but it's tolerable.

The brand I prefer is Pro-Blend 55. BTW--it also has one of the highest levels

of protein per serving. My favorite flavor is cappachino, but I also like their

chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavors.
