My Gosh Laurie,

It's a miracle you're alive after what happened to you. Your good surgeon was

correct in doing the emergency surgery.

How on earth can the first dr. say that 102 degree's isn't a fever? Is she or he

crazy? That's not even considered low grade, but high!

I know that even when I have low grade fevers I feel horrible, let alone a fever

of 102. I'm sorry you had such a horrible experience. You don't deserve to be

treated like that.

I apprecitate that you're taking the time to do the research on cysts and C.P. I

never thought about the possibility of that until you mentioned it. My gosh, we

may be on to something.

Did you have unintentional weight loss when your cyst was active?

I'm still digging at reasons for why this? and why that? my mind is always

chewing on things. I don't like that I have no definite answers yet. which

creates alot of unanswered questions. Not a healthy way to live.

I want to look up what an MRCP is. My gastro dr. wanted to do this test

originally with an MRI, but my insurance company denied me the test and asked

him why he didn't do a CT Scan first? So two weeks were lost waiting for a

follow up viist to see if there was improvement or not.

there was no improvement. only wasted time. So the gastro dr. wound up ordering

the CT scan like the insurance company originally said. I don't know if he

still wants to do the MRI with an MRCP and I'd like to know what an MRCP is.

I think they say that it's an expert test for seeing the pancreatic ducts more

clearly than a ct scan.

My gastro dr still hasn't called me with my ct results from last Wed. I'm at

work and don't want to call him. what an inconvience for me. I feel like I " m

bothering him. He is such a busy man.

I just wish he would've called me when he got the report faxed to him or mailed

to him from radiology. If they found something, I'm sure they would've notified

him immediately. that's why I'm putting off calling at the moment. I didn't

sleep well last night because I got so much excersise yesterday doing yard work

that for some reason it gave me a burst of energy and I felt refreshed from

sleeping at 2:30 in the morning. I stayed up. I read and went on the computer,

had my coffee.

I'm paying dearly for that now at work. I started feeling so nauseus after

lunch and feel it may have somthing to do with being so tired. especially with

this odd disease called CP. you never know when you're going to get a sharp

stab or sudden nauseu.
