Options for breakthru med's?

I was wondering what option other than oxycodone there is for

breakthru med's? My Dr. recently took me off oxycodone because I have

been on it in some form (vicodin, percocet, oxycodone) for over two

years. I do have to say I do feel a bit better even though I do have

time that my breakthru pain gets really bad. Lately I have just

toughed it out or tried to sleep through it.
