Guest guest
My cp is caused from my cystic fibrosis--f Hi Carol, I'm interested in how they came to this testing? in Ga. Hello.......my name is Carol, and my hubby Bruce has CP now for almost 6 years. He recently found out he is a carrier of the CF gene. We never knew that could be an issue, and were totally at a loss to understand how CF could affect CP. I wonder, if you don't mind, if you would explain how you found out you have CF? Is it just the CF gene you carry, or is the CF actually affecting your digestive track? Any advice and information would be greatly appreciated. Guest guest
Hi, I'm not sure I am responding to the right person, but , I have CF with CP. I am 51 with full blown cf. There are documented 20% of the cf patients with cp. I have all of the other problems with GI that the Cf patients get. I have malabsorption, constipation, DIOS, along with all of the pseudomonous infections, with candida and staph. I just this week am getting over another bad attack. I ate chocolate---not good. Anything else I can add I would like to help. Deb
