Guest guest
Hi guys, Well I was doing really well until today. I had an attack this afternoon. I was so upset! I was hoping there would be no more! My questions are: For those of you who have had a major and minor sphincteroplasty--Did you have attacks afterwards and then did they stop? How long before this happened? Also, I am having pain on my right side. Is this normal after this type of surgery? My pain is usually from the middle right up under the breast bone to the left rib cage and it goes through to the back. The only time I have had right side pain was when there was air in the bile duct. Thanks! Guest guest
Dear Angie, When I had my spincteroplasty it took almost 6 weeks for the pain to stop. It got better each week. But it took a good 4 weeks before the pain was down to a decent level. Hope you are feeling better real soon. Talk to you soon. Love, w --------------------------------- Yahoo! Guest guest
, Thanks so much! I am feeling alot better today. I am still sore but not too bad. No pancreas pain to speak of today so that is a really good thing! I have been really tired though. I know it will take time for that to get better. I have been getting the blues. I am going to talk to the doc about that tomorrow when I go for my first check up. I am not one to suffer from depression to often but I have had bouts of it in the past. Especially after big changes. (having babies, my hysterectomy) Thanks for answering! Take care and I hope you are having a good day!
