Guest guest
Hello, Can I use a SCDopholus in addition to the Progurt yogurt starter so I can get the acidopholis into the yogurt? Apparently the yogurt starter doesn't have acidopholus. Any suggestions? Hinojosa, mother to Benito, 3.5 yo, ASD
Guest guest
, Just add a capsule to the yogurt each time you serve it. It seems like I remember someone sharing that the acidophilus would get eaten up by one of the other yogurt strains. Someone else will have to correct me if I am wrong. We use progurt and then I open up a capsule of acidophilus and sprinkle into the yogurt after the fact. Guest guest
Hi Dana, Thanks! I will be starting with only a 1/4 tsp of the dripped goat yogurt. I haven't given him any goat yogurt or dairy of any kind for 2 months but I believe he might be ready now...I hope. He is in dysbiosis again and need to do something about it and I hope he tolerates the yogurt. As of now he isn't even tolerating carrots or even eggs, behavior wise. I believe his gut is out of wack again or at least like it was when we first started.
