Good luck on the appeal. I have 2 insurance carriers (my employer and my

husband's) and one approved right away while the other didn't. I appealed,

but they were pretty hard nosed about it. I didn't feel like fighting them

anymore since I already had most of it covered with my primary insurance. I

feel like I am one of the lucky ones. You will be too! Keep a positive

outlook and bug them to death. Dr. R's appeal information is very strong.
