Go down to Home Depot and go into the outside plant area. get a 20 pound bag

of manure (cow poop) and then get a 10 pound bag of it and place it on top of

the 20 pound bag. Nooooow, Pick them both up together and carry them around

the entire store in your arms for about 10 minutes.

30 pounds is more than I can carry in my arms and when you drop that load

and feel that relief - imagine how your bones feel as everyday you get

lighter.

You're doing GREAT!

Thank you for the warm wishes and the good advice. I am not a very

patient patient and do tend to do too much. I certainly did yesterday

cooking ahuge dinner to celebrate fathers day. It was fun but I am

paying for it.

I hope you are doing well.
