Thanks for your advice.

I will look for the cereal but I am allergic to Wheat and Corn so it is real

hard for me to find cereal I can eat. About the only thing is oatmeal. I

really have to check labels with food content. I ate chicken noodle soup and

yogurt yesterday and by that evening I did a little bit better but this morning

the same thing happened.

Hi Patty,

Just an FYI there is little or no fiber in yogert or chicken noodle soup. You

might try some grains from a health food store like quoina (sp?), fresh

fruits or even dried fruit, bananas are easily digested and have fiber, oat

grits

likely have more fiber than rolled oats, how about barley it's easy to get and

cooks up fine, lightly cooked greens like spinach and kale.

Another thing might be to increase the fiber slowly, immediate full fiber

diet might shock the GI tract thus causing problems

I'm sure this is a difficult time for you and I can only suggest to try to

make progress rather than perfection. Sound familiar??

Best wishes, Poncho - GA
