Jenn,

Thanks so much for the recipes! These are two of my faves! But hummos without

tahini? That's like a hamburger without ketchup! Popcorn without butter! Oh.

Again, I must ask! since the recipe for hummos sounded good enuf for me to

make, just what is tahini? Do I need to get some for my hummus? Oh my! I

thought I was fairly knowledgeable about food. Guess not.....Betty

Betty, tahini is a little polynesian island in the South Pacific. :)

(yes, I moonlight as a travel agent, so I'm very knowledgable...) hehehehe,

there I go again, cracking myself up!

Betty,

Tahini is a sauce/paste made from ground sesame seeds. Very common in Middle

East cooking.
