Guest guest
-ok , I went to look at that, but now I'm wondering what the rest of you use for frying pans.I've been so focused on the baking pans and cookie sheets, I hadn't really thought about the Teflon on a fry pan. How about cooking pots? Sauce pans? My son does not have heavy metals, but outrageously high light metals in his blood. We can't get a handle on where it is coming from, so I am addressing the cooking utensils. Guest guest
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think enamel-coated cookware is ok. So you could buy enamel-coated steel saucepans which are fairly inexpensive. Here's a more expensive enamel option: " The Main Ingredients " Estancia " 7-Piece Bone Cast Iron Cookware Set ....this 7-piece cast iron set features a black enamel interior and bone enamel exterior. " Here's a url for the site. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on page 10. http://www.dillards.com/endeca/EndecaStartServlet?N=1000919 I bought these, but they are really really heavy and the fry pan, saucepan, and pots may not be the sizes you want. There are other companies with similar cookware in different sizes that are much more expensive, so I'm trying to make do with these (and I also still use my stainless steel some. And I'll probably get a lecture, but I still use some Teflon but I never take the heat above medium.) , mom to I'm trying to keep all metals away from > my sons food. does anybody > > have a good resource for relatively inexpensive baking stones? or > > other none metal baking dishes? > > > > Teena > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
Ellen, Do you know anything good or bad about the Pampered Chef stoneware? I'm looking for a muffin pan. Thanks, > Tenna, > > I agree, and am trying to keep metals away from my daughter. I am > going with porcilane ( sp?) lined pans.
