Guest guest
Hello heidi, I was sorry to learn that yout recent trip was someaht spolied by your condition and that you're still in pain..or were when you wrote the post. Naturally, I very much hope you have improved. Perhaps you have seen the doctor about it? Do you think it is possible to have the occasional attack of pain (other than from a pseudocyst) even after burn-out? I know I have not reached total burn-out because I'm not yet diabetic but I am very close to it, according to my docs. They certainly seem to think my decrease in pain could be explained by this.....despite the fact that I'm also on the n " new " low-fat. no-alcohol, Creon regime, which obviously also play a significant part in improving symptoms. do, however, still get the occasional very bad attack. Maybe burn- out does not mean a total absence of pancreas-linked attacks of pain? At any rate, I do so hope you are feeling better now. BTW, I am now feeling a lot calmer, at least for the moment. We are living with Jim's condition and simply waiting for the next round of tests. He is feeling very well and is philosophical about the whole thing. I think the sort of panic I was feeling cannot last. " Normal " life has to be resumed. With warm wishes for feeling better, Fliss
