Guest guest
Hello everyone! I'm going to start the yeast protocol with my daughter but I don't know which kind of acidophilus is the right one to use. What makes an acidophilus legal? is it the strains it contains or the fact that they don't have any starches? My local health food store carries some but I'm not sure they're legal and didn't want to wait to order it on internet. Thanks for any help. Ximena 's mom. 3.5 years old, PDD-NOS. Guest guest
We purchased SCDophilous from GI Prohealth, but I really wonder how potent it is. They packed it with an ice pack, but sent it through the postal system; the mailman put it in my mailbox, and by the time I got it, the ice pack had melted, and the package was warm. about acidophilus Hello everyone! Guest guest
I'd call GI Pro Health, and tell them this. The same type of thing happened to my sister-in-law last summer with her yogurt starter from them. Meleah about acidophilus Hello everyone! Guest guest
During the warmer months this is just going to happen. As long as you open the package and refrigerate immediately they are fine. Guest guest
Me Too!!! Is there any way to know if the starter is still good? It did make yogurt. But I had less than 1/8 t. and tolerated it sooo poorly I am afraid to try another dose. (Though when I work up the courage I surely will).
