oil of oregano-please reccommend a brand

I'm trying to start it, but feel bewildered by the different names ad

concentrations it is sold under. Any recommendations would be welcome.

I have " Enerex " brand 'OoO'. It says 1-3 drops per dose. I don't

recall if I did it only once a day or more often. I started at less

than 1 drop. Mixed one drop in liquid and drank half. It had a very

strong but good taste.
