The same thing happened to me when I ordered last summer. I e-mailed the

company and they said it would be fine as long as I got it in the refrigerator

immediately upon discovering it. They said the probiotics can handle a certain

time limit of warm temps before losing potency.

Hope this helps.

I'd call GI Pro Health, and tell them this. The same type of thing

happened to my sister-in-law last summer with her yogurt starter from them.

about acidophilus

Hello everyone!

I'm going to start the yeast protocol with my daughter but I don't know which

kind of acidophilus is the right one to use. What makes an acidophilus legal? is

it the strains it contains or the fact that they don't have any starches?

My local health food store carries some but I'm not sure they're legal and

didn't want to wait to order it on internet.

Thanks for any help.
