Hello group,

Haven't been able to write in in a long time. Finally got back to work. Have

my meds if I need them. My stent came out a couple weeks ago and had only one

major attack since then. Been managing with pain meds. Went back to work last

week and the first weeks was roughest. My feet and legs hurt most of the week

from not being on them for 2 months. I have minimal pain at times. That dull

ache on the left side that reminds you that CP is still around. I have been

manageing to control it with my medication. Which is what my DR said from now

on it is nothing more that pain control. I have been trying to lay off the

things that he said would probably trigger it. It is sometimes hard since I

have spent the last 35 years in a particular lifestyle of food and beverage,.

to change. But I am working on it. I drink mainly large containers of ice

water all day long and through the night. Minimal coffee, and lay off the

alcohol. I would welcome any other suggestions from the

members of this group for continued support. I am greatful for the support

you have all given me thus far. Have not been able to write much because I have

been busy trying to get my affairs in order. Will try and be a little more

active from now on. Thanks to all,
