Also wondering if any of you have used the gelatin substitute for eggs when

making some of

the baked goods in the recipe book.

We have been dairy free for over two years. I'm very hesitant about adding back

in the

yogurt. We have been using hazelnut milk for our cereal. Does anyone have any

experience

using this milk substitute in yogurt?

Thanks,

Hi ,

<<Can you substitute pecan flour for almond flour?>>

Yes, you can use pecan flour instead of almond flour. (That's where

we got the name pecanbread).

I don't know but if you use the search function at

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/pecanbread/messages you may

find out : use multiple key words: gelatin baked egg etc..

Nut milk yogurt recipes are in the recipe section of

http://www.pecanbread.com/new/recipes1.html

You can see if anyone has made hazelnut yogurt using the search

function again.
