Cindy,

I have the same issue with my boys (who are also three year old twins). I am

starting enzymes and hope that will help. But this is what happens with us....I

give them almond flour pancakes and sometimes the muffins. After giving this so

many days in a row and having the grainy bowl movements, we start to see issues

of yeast try to reappear. So, I just try to only give the nut flour goods a

couple of times a week to keep digestive issues at bay.

We have started Houstons AFP Peptizide tonight. I will report back if that

helps with the nut flour digestion.

Hi Dana

Thanks for your reply. I will try to be sure that they get the enzymes

just before they eat the nut flour. I hope it works. I would hate it if

the yeast issues started again. I am in Canada so it is hard for me to

get SCD legal supplements and enzymes. I have been using the ones from

GI pro health. Can you tell me more about the Houstons AFP Peptizide and

how it works. Thanks, Cindy

I think your case is different from Cindy's because her children

aren't reacting. In your case the enzymes or other tips I posted

may help. Limiting the nut flour goods for your kids sounds like a

good idea.
