Guest guest
Chrissy, There WAS a lot going on, that across-the-state trip with three 13 year olds....TEENAGERS, no less, and then an immediate trip to spend Father's Day with my dad. And there were some extremely stressful problems with Dad, too much so to discuss here, added to the mix. There's no doubt that it was STRESS that brought on my three weeks worth of pseudocyst/CP trauma. Though it's not listed as a " cause " of an attack, I think we all know differently, don't we? As you've been having it so rough yourself, I didn't want to drag you down any further, and certainly didn't want you trying to " mother hen " me when you were feeling so badly yourself. Nurse's make wonderful, educational friends when you're naturally curious about medical explanations like I am, but as I learned first from my mother, and then from my dear friend, Lily, when you're feeling sick, a nurse's second nature kicks in and suddenly they are like a mother hen, fussin' and fixin' and pecking around worrying about you so much that it's enough to drive you crazy!! The challenge is, now that I'm feeling much better, is for you to do the same! We need to get ALL of our SC dixie chicks feeling better, so we can think of a way for us all to meet up together when the weather cools down. This past week has been such a killer, so much so, that I'm wondering if our ton Eskimo lady is still needing to wear her heavy socks??? I hope you're up to the challenge, and feeling well enough to have enjoyed a peaceful and happy 4th with your family. With love, hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H.
