When I contracted Multiple Chemical Sensitivities seven years ago, I decided not

to see

Drs. ph Krop or Zoltan Rona in Ontario. Instead I waited a few months and

went to the

Environmental Clinic at Women's College Campus of Sunnybrook.

I came home with a diagnosis of Idiopathic Environmental Illness, advice to take

Alka

Seltzer Gold and do Yoga. The Alka Seltzer didn't work but the Yoga helped. I

did have

standard and latex allergy tests but avoided the expensive two guys with their

colloidal

silver and other exotic remedies. Nothing turned up but a dust mite allergy

although I

reacted in daily life to a host of other stuff.

I made myself a lot better by avoidance of all but the most natural foods and

substances

and kept a healthy wallet too. Google became my advisor. I realize this won't

work for

everyone, but I'm glad I did significant healing my way.

Poor Dr, Krop was under litigation. Dr. Rona is a popular speaker at Alternative

Health

shows. The naturopath I did use prescribed a cleanse using rice powdered Ultra

Clear.

I kissed them all good bye and joined Internet support groups.

Fortunately, I met Elaine. Elaine became my diet Guru and things went uphill

from that

point on. I can now tolerate a whole lot more than in the year 2000.

It looks like they are reacting to almost all the natural foods and

natural substances too! I can't take all food away from them.

I have taken almost " everything " (I'm not kidding) from them over the

years ..

I don't think scd is enough...they shouldn't be reacting to more and

more...their is little left to eat..

Thanks Carol..
