Guest guest
Hi Goran, <<1. This is SCD INTRO, isnt it?????:::: ASD Intro Diet Since the many of the children with ASD were casein free before beginning the SCD™, here is a list of suggested foods for the intro diet. The intro diet should be followed for 2-5 days. Chicken broth --Chicken broth with pureed cooked carrots --Chicken broth with chunks of cooked chicken....>> That is the dairy free intro diet. The original Intro diet (with dairy) is at http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/beginners_guide/the_intro_die t2.htm <<2. Did you start with SCD-INTRO with your son??? and what you give him to eat in first 7 days???>> The intro diet can be done for 2-5 days. 5 days is for those with diarrhea and is the maximum it should be done. <<3. As I can see SCD-INTRO is not very pleasant.>> It is only for a couple of days and will help clear out harmful microbes. <<4. It says: " Chicken broth " -Does it mean that I need to cook chicken make a broth, but not to give the meat. Can I give the meat to my son???>> Yes, as in the examples you can give the chicken in the soup, on the side on a plate, minced up etc... You don't have to use all the foods that are included on the intro - they just give you options while doing the intro " cleanse " . <<5. I dont see to mention bread (I mean brad from nuts or almod flour-SCD legal), >> Bread from nuts is not part of the intro. Two options: you could make chicken pancakes or Nut free dairy free bread . Recipes at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/pecanbread/files/ http://www.pecanbread.com/new/recipes/flourlesschickenpancakes.html <<6. Does it mean that in first 7 days I can not give bread from Almond/Nut flour-How I will give him eggs without bread???? and can not give him any kind of fruit, juices, nothing else, just what is writen!!??>> The fruits, nuts etc.. are for after the intro diet. <<7. The next article is BEYOND THE INTRO DIET and there are some Stages (1-5). ---Are these stages after the Intro, after the 7th day???? >> You can use these the stages as a guide for what " kinds " of food are easiest to digest first. The first stages are the easiest to digest and the later stages are harder to digest and are for those who have experienced sufficient healing. The stages are meant to give a general idea and can differ from person to person. <<---There are 5 stages-What is the period of each stage?>> There is no time period. What a person is able to tolerate depends on the level of damage in their gut. <<8. Nut flour is mentioned in Stage 3, how long I need to wait, or how long I can not give my son bread????>> It depends on the state of his bowel movements (bm's). If he has good regular bm's after the intro you can try some nut flour. Start with a small amount and see how he tolerates it. <<9. How long I need to wait to give him raw friuts and vegetables?? >> There is no time period. It will depend on the level of damage in his gut. <<10. I realy like to start with INTRO but it is too strange, isnt it??? >> The intro is only for 2-5 days and really will help clear out harmful microbes.
