They were basic suggestions:

Enzymes may help a little with this, but their little bodies may also

start to produce more enzymes in response to this new food. They are

quite young. (since you are already doing the enzymes please let us

know how if they help)

The other option is to use nut butter or blend the mix longer to get

it very smooth. If you use nut butter you'll probably want blanched

almond butter since the skins are difficult to digest.

Also Dana, if you are using honey or fruit puree to sweeten the

muffins and pancakes the yeast may be increasing from the sweetener

and not the flour. Are they getting more legal sweetener on those

days. One way to test this is to bake savory nut (like breads

without honey etc..) goods instead of sweet and see if they still

react.
