HI there,

I am a new member to the group, with a son of 4 and 3/4s. We started the SCD

diet a couple

of weeks ago, and so far have found that it is going pretty well. My son was

already on a

pretty restricted diet, so we have only had to remove the sugar, and rice and

potatos. We only

ever gave him pears so we have had fun introducing the fruits on the first part

of the diet,

One question I have about this diet for my son is supplements. I have removed

all

supplements and so far introduced a SCD friendly pro-biotic. I am hoping to try

L-glutamine

soon (have some in ready from Lamberts) and I would love to introduce his zinc

back in, but

am not sure whether it is an SCD friendly one (It is a vitamin research

zinc-monomethionine)

Does anyone else use these two with any sucess. I have removed loads of

supplements when

starting this diet, but we continue with Nystatin. What other supplements do you

all use on

your kids.

Many Thanks,

Sophie

What are the ingredients (including fillers and " other ingredients " )?
