Are you able to do dairy? The bacteria in yogurt are protected by

the dairy components and are able to better survive the stomach and

travel farther in the body then regular probiotics where they can

enable greater healing of the gut.

What are the ingredients with your brand of S. boulardii? Some

brands have illegals so you have to doublecheck them.

Some people use some of the legally flavoured Nordic naturals CLO.

The ones flavoured with oils from fruit/peels.
